Geri's experience and expertise in the real estate field clearly give her the advantage over other agents. We live out of state and during this process Geri communicated with us promptly, thoroughly, and was always prepared for the next step. While viewing multiple properties, Geri was able to point out possible repairs, value aspects , and neighborhood information.
