My husband and I had our property listed with Bob Quinn for approximately 2yrs. We live in Ohio and our property was in Cape Coral Florida. He let us know what properties were selling for and what was going on in the area as far as real estate goes. When we did get an offer he called and discussed the offer with us. Really went beyond her normal functions. She acted not only as a real estate agent, but also as a project manager. She found a handyman to do some repairs and painting, she even paid that guy with her own money and waited for our check, she got us a credit for a product we had bought but that wasn't necessary anymore, she took the time to explain to us all the complexities of the Floridan laws, she offered us very good counselling on different options, she kept contact with the buyer's agent in complex situations and with the closing firm and, most important, she calmed our fears and kept us informed of the evolution of the sale (at least three communications by week). A thousand thanks Judith, our new friend.
