Rick did an excellent job helping us sell our home. We hired Rick after our house was on the market for 2 months without an offer, and within a week we got the offer we wanted. He was always available, experienced, and friendly. At the same time, he didn't hold back from telling us unpleasant news or when he disagreed with us, and always provided sound reasons and support for his advice. We are both busy professionals with a small child and really appreciated that Rick only gave us pertinent information and advice promptly. We can't recommend him more highly, Rick was the best!

We were helping an older gentleman friend sell his townhouse and had no knowledge about the area where he lived. Kerry was incredible! She knew the area and what the townhouse would bring. She took over the renovations.We never had to lift a finger and it turned out beautiful. Most important she was always helpful and informative to our 91 yr. old friend. Always made situations easy for him and explained details so he would understand what was happening. She was always accessible and was prompt returning calls. The townhouse sold for above asking and our friend was delighted.

Paul was a total professional from start to finish during what could have been otherwise a very stressful house hunting endeavor. He expertly guided us through the process, offered substantial expertise on everything from existing home appliance warranties to home inspection and maintenance tips to help minimize our long term expenses. When required (and they were) he offered realistic and highly effective negotiations on our behalf with the selling agent that got quick results and led to a very rapid closing on our new home. Rick is very knowledgeable of the area we were selling our home in. He picked the perfect price point and staged the home very well, We had several people interested and had an offer in less than 10 days. More offers came in but he was able negotiate the best deal for our family with the initial offer. He is up front/honest and always returned my calls in a timely manner "on hours" and "off hours". He definitely goes above and beyond with his team and I highly recommend him if you are selling!!!

Rick did an outstanding job for us when we sold our house in 2006. He staged the property beautifully, brought us two offers in less than 5 days, and negotiated a higher selling price than the offer I was initially willing to accept. He guided us through a successful closing and continued to represent us as we leased the house back for a couple of months. I highly recommend him.
