Rick worked with us to identify potential upgrades that would improve the house and helped us find contractors to perform those upgrades. He helped us select a good company to do the staging, and got beautiful pictures taken to support the listing. He worked with us to come up with a competitive listing price based on current market conditions for houses like ours in our neighborhood and surrounding areas. After only a few days on the market, we got a strong offer for well over the listing price which we accepted. He then kept in contact with us to help us though the settlement and settlement with off without a hitch even though we were in a different state by that time. We cannot say enough good things about Rick!

This is my second home purchase with Rick. The market was hot, houses flying off the market like hot cakes. I wouldn’t have been able to secure the house without Rick!!! Very knowledgeable, knew what my offer needed to contain in order to make it irresistible to the seller. Per Rick’s advice was able to purchase without competition and prior to open house. Rick was on top of all communication and paperwork which is extremely important in the current market. He is very familiar with the area and was upfront about areas where I shouldn’t buy when I first moved to the DMV, basically looking out for me as if I was his daughter. Thank You Rick!!!

Rita has so much knowledge in this industry. She knew exactly what we wanted and she knew what to look for. Even in options that we had proposed she always gave the pro’s and con’s to the properties because she always wanted what was best for my wife and I. Rita is very knowledgeable with the different properties and what they offer and do not offer. She always guided us and was with us every step of the way.
