I can’t say enough good things about Rick. Not only is he a fantastic realtor, but he is equally as fantastic of a person. We made a contingent offer on a home that gave us a 30 day window to sell our current one. This was back when the market was nowhere near as lucrative. Somehow, Rick was able to sell our home in that 30 day window. Rick was always positive and comforting and we have continued to have a great friendship with him. Rick does his job with integrity and the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend Rick as a realtor and we will absolutely use him if we decide to move again.
