We hired Kerry as our buyer/broker and she did an amazing job. She found the type of homes we were interested in, spending hours with us showing them to us. And when we found one to put a contract on, Kerry suggested preforming a home inspection. Which turned out the house had a lot of things wrong with it. We ended up walking away from that one, as well as another house that needed to much work.
