From the very first contact, Robin was professional, knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly showed her sincere interest in my particular situation. She spent hours helping me stage the house and suggesting needed sub contacters She was always available for questions. We had nine offers on the house and she kept me updated as the offers arrived. She was very supportive during the countering, contract ratification, and appraisal all the way thru settlement. I highly recommend Robin.

Robin was very knowledgeable of the real estate market from the very first meeting and throughout the whole selling process, which gave my husband and I a sense of ease that we chose the right realtor. Her communication never faulted and was always quickly to respond if she was not available. Also, her team associates were very friendly and were very helpful along the process. We would hands down use Robin as our realtor in the future and refer her to any friends or family in the future.

Karen was the agent that sold me my house 24 years ago. We stayed friends for the next 24 plus years. She was the only one I would use to sell my house. We had moved out before the house went on the market. Karen was great stepping in to help make sure the house looked good and was ready for showing. We could not have managed without her help. We were many miles away in a different state.

I appreciated the calming approach Susan and her team had amid a few stressful issues. They really understood that although all this is commonplace for them, the average homeowner doesn't do this every day!

I have worked with Susan and her team on multiple occasions. We recently sold a home and they did a fantastic job of handling all communications and requests between the buyers and myself smoothly and efficiently. The home was under contract within a week of listing and sold for well over listing. Susan is always prompt, professional, and has a wealth of experience to draw from. Throughout the process, Susan acted as a trusted ally to ensure our best interests. I highly recommend her and her team!

Susan Romm is an amazing realtor. It took us over two years to decide to sell our home and she was helpful every step of the way. Her knowledge of the market is unsurpassed and her calm, cool demeanor was exactly what we needed to gather information, make educated decisions and to garner a quick sale for over the asking price on our home. Also following her sound recommendations in getting the house ready made everything else in the process go smoother. I highly recommend her and her team. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to finding my next home with her team when I am ready to buy.
