Moving to Maryland, we found the Susan Romm Team based on their stellar reviews. It was important to us that both Susan and Brooke have a long history in Howard County real estate going back nearly 40 years and both know the area intimately. Both of them took us on a tour of 15 properties in a single day to get familiar with different areas, then we worked primarily with Brooke to pinpoint the perfect home. We were under contract a week later and closed the next month. Enough can't be said about the team's exceptional combination of skill, service, and savvy!

Working with the Susan Romm Team is always an amazing experience. My husband and I have bought and sold a few times with this team, and we're constantly impressed by their dedication and integrity. Not only that, they all also take the time to really get to know their clients and build friendship and trust. We can't recommend working with the Susan Romm Team enough - you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time buying a home and Karen made the task seem so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and what we should expect to offer for each property. She was available to see houses with us on very short notice and during the week as well as on weekends. She was very prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. We would highly recommend Karen to anyone who asked us and don’t have a single complaint!

I've had a great experience buying then selling my first home with the Susan Romm Team. Brooke was my realtor, but it was a team effort across the board with Susan and Crista pitching in whenever necessary. With over 40 years experience between the members, I was in good hands always. I was always informed about the process the entire time. All of my questions were answered and Brooke advocated for me to ensure my needs and desires with met. Even when I wasn't buying or selling my home, Brooke with always available and willing to provide any home-related recommendations. I would recommend them to anyone selling in Howard and the surrounding Maryland counties. Thank you!!!

Susan Romm and her team are knowledgeable, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They took all the stress out of selling our house. We used Susan and her team 26 years ago when buying our house and reconnected with her when we decided to sell.
