10 out of 10! We would definitely recommend Shanon! She made the entire purchasing process easy and amazing. She is super knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our new home purchase. She kept track of important dates and gave great suggestions when it came time for our offer and really helpful suggestions later in the process. She was always flexible with our difficult schedules and had phenomenal communication with great follow up. She even encouraged us to look at numerous homes and found us someone who could give us a lower rate and save us thousands! Overall, our experience with Shanon was excellent! Shanon was great! She was straightforward in her speech . Clear and thorough in her explanations. Friendly in her manner. She gave us tips, helped us think of things we hadn’t even considered when deciding if the house and its surroundings were a good fit for us. She was incredible when dealing with the minútame of the process and making sure we understood it even though she was doing the bulk of the dealing with it. Being a first time buyer and having absolutely no idea about anything it was scary. We were scared. But Shanon was more than amazing in getting us through it and I just can’t thank her enough.

It was a pleasure to work with Nick for our first time buying a home. It's tough to call him just "our relator" because the amount of support, customer service and education Nick provided was outstanding. It was like working with close family or friends. Nick checks in often, listened to our needs, and helped us understand many of the complicated aspects of our first purchase. We also benefitted greatly with Nick being backed by the Griffith Home Team (they even offer a free moving van #winning).
