Shannon was super helpful when or original realtor had to hand issues. She took over and helped us both remotely from another state and local when we moved to the area. Through her hard work and diligence we managed to purchase an amazing house at a great price. Shannon her her group worked amazing together taking up when someone in the group had issues and made us feel important and cared for. My husband and I highly recommend Shanon for your real estate needs. Shanon is professional, knowledgeable, very responsive, and very thorough. Shanon gets to know her clients AND learns as much as possible about the home before you arrive for the showing. My husband was already working in CO and I was waiting for us to have a home to move into. Shanon made me feel as if I was in the home with them as she toured me around each home.
