Shannon was super helpful when or original realtor had to hand issues. She took over and helped us both remotely from another state and local when we moved to the area. Through her hard work and diligence we managed to purchase an amazing house at a great price. I was recommended to Shanon by a friend and the day after I was given her information I received an email from Shanon asking for all the criteria I was looking for. Shortly after that was compiled and I had a list of at least 10 places or so we started the showing process. After we did our first day of showings there were still some places I wanted to look at on future dates and Shanon was more than happy to make more showings and make sure I was comfortable with what I was looking at!
