Nick also responded in a very timely manner to texts and phone calls which was appreciated. He's a genuinely nice person and willing to assist buyers with all facets of the home buying process - he even hooked me up with a great loan company when my preferred lender was unable to close in the timeframe I needed.

Nick is hands down amazing. He was honest and helpful. We had a difficult time getting the house we wanted, but Nick was there every step of the way to answer questions and clarify things for us as we were first time home buyers. He also had a way of reassuring my hot headed husband that everything was going to work out. We had a couple of snags with the lender and the community (none of it Nick's fault) and my husband was ready to walk away from the whole deal...he was super frustrated with the whole thing. Thanks to Nick we made it through the frustrations of buying our first home and we are happily in a home we love! When we sell in the future Nick will be our guy and help us find our future home. Thanks Nick!!!

Nick isnt a good real estate agent, he is a great one! He is a great listener, extremely organized and a shark when its time to close the deal. His knowledge of real estate trends and willingness to be up front separates him from other real estate agents i've worked with. If you are swimming in the real estate waters, make sure you have a shark.

Nick was wonderful to work with during the purchase of our home. He is friendly, professional, and also very knowledgeable. Nick’s communication was excellent as well, and he answered every question we had and then some. He reached out to us frequently just to ensure we were comfortable with each step of the process. This was our first time buying a new build but Nick made an intimidating process easy. He was at every meeting, walkthrough, or anything related to our new home. Nick’s knowledge of the industry, inspections, living codes, etc. is above average and he made us feel confident during each of those meetings. HIGHLY recommended! Their support and guidance helped us make this process effortless. I was recommended to Shanon by a friend and the day after I was given her information I received an email from Shanon asking for all the criteria I was looking for. Shortly after that was compiled and I had a list of at least 10 places or so we started the showing process. After we did our first day of showings there were still some places I wanted to look at on future dates and Shanon was more than happy to make more showings and make sure I was comfortable with what I was looking at! She even tossed in a couple great recommendations having the local knowledge and knowing what I was personally looking for. Once the process got more official and deadline orientated she was also just a text, email, or phone call away and always responded very quickly back, which of course was very nerve settling. Overall, I highly recommend Shanon DeBelle and will be recommending her to my closest friends and family.

We had an excellent experience with Nick. He was helpful, quick to respond and worked to get us a home quickly. We started the process the middle of July to buy and sell a home. Nick quickly started sending recommendations and we had a home identified with in seven days. He was also quick to get our home on the market and had the home sold in 14 days. We highly recommend!
