From our initial meeting, they were prompt, knowledgable, and stayed in close contact through the entire process. We were in VT during our sale so they had to ensure everything was going well in CO. Everything was done online but of course you don’t have to do it that way. They know a lot about Skyestone and its market. This is crucial to selling your home and it certainly helped us. They explained all the paperwork – fees, bank transfers, filling out forms together, etc. They helped us with things like getting our window repaired after we left the state and making sure our house stayed in good order. We first met with Susie when we were contemplating moving to another state. From that first visit through closing, Susie kept us informed of the process, communicated potential buyer feedback after showings as soon as other realtors provided it or reached out to the other realtors to obtain it, communicated with us frequently, and quickly responded to our questions. Susie provided a booklet showing values of houses recently sold in our plan, estimated selling value range for our house, had our house staged, and asked us about our favorite features of our house and lot which she highlighted on her write up for the MLS. She went over the write up with us prior to it being posted on the MLS so that corrections and changes could be made.
