Fantsastic in every sense of the word. As a first time buyer well under the average age I was unsure of what I was looking into and Nick helped me out ten fold. As we were working with the VA he negotiated any items that needed to ve taken care of for them aswell, really streamlined the process and I could not be happier the the service he provide. Nick was always ready to help us out and show us a house even as we were just casually looking. We would go weeks without requesting a showing but it never felt like we weren’t as valuable or placed on the back burner. He was ready for us whenever we were ready! And when we did go see houses, he was punctual and communicative and had a clear expertise and knowledge. He fought for us in negotiations and explained everything in a clear and understandable way.
