Nick has stood by us through thick and thin during our house searching adventure. Three years ago we started looking for a home with the anticipation of a pending personal injury settlement to be used for the down payment. He continued to make himself available by showing us properties and communicating with us even though it might be years before we bought a home. I have nothing but good things to say about my agent, Ryan Smyle. When working with my family, he was very patient and did not push us at all to make a decision despite us taking about two years of his time looking at houses! He showed us many beautiful homes, but we just were not ready and Ryan patiently told us to take our time until we found exactly the right home. He is extremely.knowledgeable and I learned a great deal from working with him. This is despite the fact that I had purchased multiple homes in the past, my husband was in the real estate business, and I thought I already knew a lot.
