Ryan was extremely helpful in us finding our dream home. We had found him through Zillow when we signed up for a showing on a house and Ryan was on board to help us find the perfect fit right away. He understood our needs and wants out of a property and was very accommodating to our schedules in setting up repeat and future showings. Ryan was also well versed in ways of making the process of buying a property and selling our current property a less stressful process. Overall, for the 4 properties we have purchased to date, Ryan is the only real estate agent I would go back to and work with again.

My best way to describe Landon bellum is that he's very patient we looked at a lot of homes and was very knowledgeable but most importantly a sense of family since he's lived in Castle Rock he knows the area really well we've been here since 1989 and we appreciated his conversation about his family and growing up in Castle Rock area seeing as we have been here so long we actually have a friend that works for Remax that we've worked with for the last 30 years but we thought it was a change and especially after we looked at a home last year with Landon and we really connected with him thank you so much Landon for hanging in there and being very patient with old people. We worked with Landon to buy our home in Bennett, CO. We had a tight budget as we are a young couple, and he was able to help us find the perfect home. Through the process he helped guide, teach, and give us advice towards what to expect. Since this was our first time buying a home, we were utterly terrified, and he made it so simple from start to finish. He helped us negotiate important items to us, and was available any time we needed him. The evening after we moved in on closing day, we found a leak in the dishwasher, that puddled in our basement. We called Landon, and he helped guide us through that process as well. Even though his job was technically done, he still helped us find someone who could respond in the same night. The pure commitment to his clients, community, and his team is reflected in everything he does.
