Landon is the kind of realtor that everyone wants in a home search. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, past trends and current analytics, and this really helped us hone in on areas and properties that were good deals and positioned to hold their value for years to come. Most realtors will just ask what you want and feed you an automated list as if it were a hand curated selection, but Landon took the time to understand how we felt about road noise, neighborhoods, commute times, and architectural styles. He was never hesitant to give his opinion or point out something we hadn't noticed, and this helped us find and lock in the home of our dreams at the very best price. Landon was deft at the negotiating table with the sellers, and highly communicative when coordinating all the admin that goes into buying a home. We were very happy to use his contractor, insurance, and title company referrals, all of whom were top notch, fairly priced and service driven. We did our homework and got competitive quotes against all of them, but they each gave us the best deal from the start. If you've found Landon, consider yourself lucky. He goes above and beyond and is super personable to work with. One of the best agent experiences we've ever had.

She was super knowledgeable about the specific neighborhoods and cities we were interested in and she took the time to talk to us about the whole process so there were no surprises at the end. She wanted to learn our preferences from the very start so she could show us homes we would truly enjoy. Susie is a well-known agent in the Anthem Ranch development who had previously, graciously and promptly provided us with a date of death valuation when my step-dad died and, and later, comps for a property tax dispute (even while on vacation in Europe!). She had been our go-to realtor for some time already before we hired her to sell Mom's house. She knows that area so well, is so well-connected, and is so sharp and on the level that we feel she did a great job for us. She knew how to price the home for best return while ensuring a quick sale. She was also very helpful in connecting us with repair people, tradesmen, and estate sale providers which really helped us prepare the home for sale. She got us a good price and fast turn around with as little angst as possible. We appreciate what she did for us and would recommend her, for sure.
