Landon is an excellent choice for real estate searching. He cares about his clients and works diligently to assist, get additional property information and whatever a client might need to have. My wife and I moved here from out of state. Susie was excellent in giving us suggestions on areas to look at so we could narrow down the places we wanted to see. When it came time to make an offer she helped us with comparable sales to set a price to offer. After we made the offer she helped us find a home inspector, gave us suggestions for other services that we would need. The closing went very smoothly with no hitches whatsoever.

Nick was very good at figuring out the best listing price to make my house competitive. He used his team to help me stage my house including a in depth cleaning, and managed to get pictures and drone footage done and up within a couple of days. The entire process of selling my house and buying a new one was made so much easier because of Nick. Once he understood my needs he found two new build areas for me to focus on. I hadn't planned on selling until the spring but the stars aligned and the perfect new house was available. Nick managed to get my house sold and closed on same day as I purchased my new house all between Thanksgiving and 12/20/24. Amazing work.
