I met Vanessa in 2023. I was looking at townhomes and condos, what I thought was going to be best for me. Vanessa was assigned to me through Zillow. She met me at a small townhome in Broomfield. It was too small and the garage was very small. We exchanged info and Vanessa checked back with me periodically. I resigned an apartment lease and did not figure to be buying a home until 2025. Zillow was sending me listings that I kept looking at. Once I found the home I am in, I knew I had to have it. The Zillow process was very easy, but they wanted me to work with another realtor, I called Vanessa. I am a roofing contractor, so I deal with Real Estate agents often. Vanessa was calm, knowledgeable, no sense of urgency to sell the home. She walked me through the whole process, and I got my home for a great price. I am very grateful to Vanessa for the seamless, no pressure, purchase of my home.

Landon was very professional throughout our buying process, always showing up on time and available for questions. Closing on the home we liked turned out to be a bit more complicated than we originally anticipated, but Landon made the often frustrating process almost enjoyable.
