From the beginning of our home search in the Denver area, Lisa was very responsive and easy to work with. She went the extra mile for us which was greatly appreciated since we were in Arizona during the offer process. After our offer was accepted she gave us several options to set up our home inspection. She was there for the inspection and helped us understand how to proceed for here. I can't express how great she was to work with and would not hesitate to use her as our agent again if the need ever arises. Plus, Pam is a wonderful, smart, thoughtful human being with a fabulous sense of humor. Pam first helped us buy a property in Stapleton this past month, August 2023. She gave us great advice when it was obvious that we were in a competitive offer situation and our final offer was accepted. There were some bumps along the way to the closing, but Pam was ALWAYS calm, cool and collected. Not much rattles her and she finds a way to solve problems and get results. Furthermore, every single one of the service people she recommended for painting, repairs, etc. at the new property were exceptional.
