Sarah walked through the front door and looked around and my confidence in her abilities to guide me and move my house grew quickly. She guided me with paint colors, decluttering, staging and found me some very well priced craftsmen to get it done. We listed on a Friday and we landed a cash offer for 15 K above the selling price the second day. When I refer to fast I could not believe how fast we had to move once it all came together.
