We began working with him about six months before moving to Denver from out of state, and he took the time to educate us about the area and narrow down desirable suburbs and neighborhoods. She gave us great advice and connected us with repair companies when needed to make sure our home was ready to go on the market. She recommended a staging company that made our house look amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always only a text or phone call away to answer any questions. Mary Ann was very knowledgeable about the market and knew how to price our property. She produced a great marketing plan and we had an offer within 2 weeks. We had a lot of unexpected repairs after the inspection and she took care of coordinating all the repair vendors and it was done at reasonable prices.
