Not only does Pam have a superior knowledge of the market and the Denver Metro area, but she is tenacious. She got us into showings we thought were unavailable, she gave us insights we didn't know we needed and she didn't rest until we found the perfect home in the perfect location. She fought hard for our bid, and set us up with a finance partner that could make it work for us. She knows the best inspectors, and helped us solve problems with our new home before they ever arose. Pam helped us find our forever home and we are so grateful and happy, but if down the line we decide to upgrade, there is no one I'd ever work with. Pam is the absolute best.

Performed functions to complete sale. Strong marketing approach with open houses etc. Upon receiving an offer and during various negotiations, she did not appear to advocate on behalf of her seller client but rather seemed to take the side of the buyers and try to appease them at the expense of the seller. Additionally, it appeared that during calls she was multi-tasking and missed some requested details.

Kristi is amazing to work with! She had detailed knowledge of so many areas and neighborhoods. Since we were relocating from out of state, it was just what we needed to make us feel comfortable buying a new home for our family. Our home is in the perfect neighborhood and checks all of our boxes! Kristi really listened to what we were looking for, negotiated on our behalf, and even told us when to walk away from an unreasonable seller (thank you for that!). She was clear and communicative throughout the process. Her communication and professionalism with other agents is actually how we got our house before it came back on the market! She was forthcoming with any potential repairs she saw in the properties, putting my engineer husband’s mind at ease. We are so thankful for all of her hard work and expertise. 10/10 recommend!
