When it was time to sell the house, Tina was the natural choice for an agent. Her professional knowledge, skills, and contacts simplified and accelerated transitioning the house from a rental property to a single family house. Her nimble actions resulted in the house hitting the market early in the prime Spring and Early Summer period. The house sold quickly at a fair price. Tina handled all the details while keeping me informed of every step, right up through the closing. As I mentioned, Tina is a terrific real estate agent. Jenny did everything in a very professional manner. It started with very short notice and in less than 24 hrs., she had prepared a booklet with comparables, etc. so that we were able to determine the price to list my home. Then she did a fabulous job in "staging' the home (I stayed out of the way). There were 19 scheduled showings on the first day, of which one of them did become the buyer. She knows her duties as a realtor and I highly recommend her.

William is very professional and goes way above and beyond what other Realtors I’ve worked with have done. He did an excellent job with helping us with the listing price and timing in listing our house all because of his expertise of the market.
