Still a stellar 5-star experience. Since I bought my first property with Steve back in 2006, I have always done any of my real-estate business with him. This was my second home that Steve has sold for me. Steve had his strategy dialed in on how to sell and in my opinion, it worked like a charm! Not only did I get me an AMAZING sale price that exceeded all my expectations(12k more), he was just as thorough (if not more) and helped me feel extremely confident during all the phases of my home sale. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Steve, he is truly a seasoned professional in the real estate field. The next house I plan to buy will be out of state really wish I could bring him with me!! I once again highly recommend if you are wanting to buy or sell in the Denver Metro area Steve is the man to go to!

Deb helped us buy a home 5 years ago, and just recently helped us sell and buy another home. Deb was thorough and diligent with the details. She also was a great communicator through each step of the transactions. There was one particular moment where we were not getting the best outcome in the negotiations and we were ready to give up. But Deb, spoke up for us and didn’t back down until the transaction worked well for us. She was fantastic!

Steve is truly the best of the best and we cannot recommend him highly enough! Steve has now helped us with three home purchases and two home sales. We have been thrilled with each one of our homes. Our last home purchase was highly competitive with multiple bidders and several all-cash offers. Steve connected with the seller’s agent and worked with us to draw up a contract that won out over all the other offers (and it was not an all-cash offer). We were beyond thrilled! We trust Steve so much that my parents will be working with him to relocate to the Denver metro area. Steve is reliable, kind, trustworthy, and is a fantastic communicator. If you need someone to get you the house of your dreams or to help sell your home for an excellent price, then he is your guy! His wife, Susan, is an interior decorator and is the sweetest person. She did an incredible job helping us outfit our entire home with custom shades from Hunter Douglas a few years ago. They are such a great team and are wonderful to work with. As if this isn’t enough, they bring our baby boy gifts and were thoughtful enough to drop off a beautiful holiday wreath for the first Christmas in our new home. Trust me, you cannot go wrong with Steve- call him ASAP!!! He is truly the best.

My wife and I worked with Holly to find our first home, and couldn't have been happier with our experience. As first-timers, the thought of buying a home can be daunting, but working with Holly put us at ease, feeling informed, empowered, and in good hands from the first day we met. She reminded me of my favorite school teacher. Throughout the process, Holly was very attentive, looking after anything and everything we needed, to ensure that we had nothing to stress about besides deciding on a house that we loved. When it came to touring houses or interacting with others involved in the process, this is where Holly showed that she was not just caring and attentive, but also shrewd, smart, and strong. She had so much valuable insight when touring houses, pointing out important things that we would have missed or wouldn't have considered. In interactions with the people on the other side of negotiations and dealings, she was a smart, strong ally, and we felt certain that we reached outcomes that were in our favor at every stage. We love our home so much that I can't imagine moving any time soon, but if we did, we would absolutely reach out to Holly for our next home buying (or selling!) experience.
