Brent was great to work with. He came to the initial meeting with me very prepared to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable about my neighborhood and tailored my options based on this information. Even though it was a sellers market when I sold my house, Brent did not cut corners and spent the time necessary to get me the fastest and most profitable sale. For example, he spent the time making sure the presentation of the house in the listing looked great and he even did a drone video showing the neighborhood and my foothills view. As we progressed through the home selling process, he provided me with frequent updates. I will probably be leaving Colorado, but if I were to stay, I would definitely contact Brent to help me find a new home. I would give him the highest recommendation.

Cheri (and her husband!) was and is super helpful, very available, and goes above and beyond! She explained everything as we went and remained in communication through the whole process. She also made miracle adjustments when we needed them. I bought my first home with her help and then sold it 5 years later with her help. Very knowledgeable in all things real estate as far as I’m concerned. I cannot thank her and her husband enough!!

I wish I had the option of 10 stars, as Carol certainly would get all 10 of them. Carol was very knowledgeable about the marketplace market value and she knew the ins and outs of buying and selling houses. As a buyer I felt very supported of her all along in the process. If we were selling our previous house, I would have used Carol again as an agent to help us sell. Even post-sale I reach out to Carol for her knowledge and expertise. Many miles separated us as the buyer and working with Carol, however the ease of signing documents and working with her, you would have never guessed we had a mile in between us. Carol also had great communication. She stayed on top of all the dates and deadlines that quickly approached. For her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise, she is quickly earned all 10 of these stars. And we would turn to her again in a heartbeat for any future buying and selling needs we have.

My husband and I were referred to Dave by multiple friends and family members, so going in to our home buying experience, we already knew we were in good hands.
