We have used Tina in the past with wonderful and positive experiences. Our Father passed away recently which meant we had to circumvent areas and legalitiies we had no knowledge of when it came to selling his residence. Tina not only sold our Father's house, but also " held our hands" through the process to ensure everything was properly taken care of. We highly recommend Tina for your needs when it comes to selling your home. You won't regret it.

We were on a tight schedule to sell our home. Marie wasted no time helping us get it on the market quickly and then getting it sold well over asking price in under 3 days. Her communication, professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Thanks to Marie we had a very smooth sale and move. She knows the market extremely well and it shows!

Cara & Alison really impressed me when they showed up to our property on Day 1 with a complete game plan. They had a plan of attack with their marketing strategy, realtor connections as well as cleaning and touch-ups prior to showings. Couldn’t be happier.

A best friend referred me to Cara and Alison to represent my interests in Colorado. Word of mouth from a trusted source, former client speaks volumes. Living in Prescott Arizona I relied on the Agents (the girls) to handle every aspect of the sale of my property. They did this as if the property were theirs, crossing every T and dotting every i. They were challenged with finding a buyer willing to accept unique terms, gain trust and cooperation from my long time tenant, and work with my Property Management company. They accomplished all of this professionally, courteously and seamlessly. Most importantly, they made me a lot of money. I will be a source of Word of Mouth for The Girls, the best Real Estate Agents I've had the pleasure to work with and become my newest best friends. Don't tell my Realtor wife I said that.

Mike helped us out greatly. This was our second home purchase and this market was tough for buyers. Mike sold our house for well over asking price the 1st weekend on the market. Finding a home was a bit tougher due to low inventory and a large amount of buyers in the market. Mike stuck with us and showed us every home we wanted to see and gave great insights from his vast experience of the Colorado Market to help ensure we were making an educated decision. Great news is we found a house and were able to get in at asking price. Mike gets a 15/10 for all of his help!

Alison and Cara were an absolute delight from start to finish. While we were apprehensive about selling our home, especially because of the timing (at the height of the pandemic in 2020, yikes) it turned out that we were able to close on the sale ahead of schedule AND at a competitive price. These ladies were responsive, detail-oriented, and organized in a way that made a complex situation relatively easy and painless to navigate. We are beyond pleased with the results. Not only do Alison and Cara really know what they're doing, but they are some of the nicest people you'll ever work with. I highly recommend ABC Investments Team!

We worked with Dave to sell our house on the recommendation of friends. He was professional and knowledgeable about the market and what we needed to do in order to get the best value. He was also extremely patient while we worked our way through the decision process. In the end, he sold our house quickly, at a much higher price than we had expected and with much less effort on our part than we planned for. Dave is great at what he does and I would highly recommend him for anyone who is serious about buying or selling their house. You'll gain a friend at the same time!
