We worked with Cory for about 5 months total to find our perfect home. It’s an understatement to say that everything good that happened was a direct result of Cory’s amazing attitude, work ethic, knowledge, and communication skills. Cory is not just a trustworthy agent- he’s a trustworthy human being and we genuinely looked forward to learning about houses when we would view with him. Cory worked flawlessly and efficiently with the broker and seller of the house we pursued and likely was a a major part of why the seller chose our offer too. Cory is gentle but realistic and was able to help us navigate what pros and cons would be for every house from a living in perspective and from a “sell in the future” perspective. As a woman sometimes out alone I always felt safe and respected and that I had a team mate looking with me even when my partner needed to be out of town. He helped get us through all of the legal steps and process out the end and seemingly was available 24/7 somehow for us- superhuman! I would refer any loved one to work with him, and should we ever be looking to buy or sell again would reach out immediately to Cory and no one else.
