Mark goes through and through for his clients. He doesn’t rush you into decisions but will give his professional advice which helps homebuyers as people tend to rush into decisions. I personally would’ve rushed into decisions but with Mark’s expertise, I was able to reassess and make a decision based off that. Mark was always available when I had questions whether it was related to the search of the house, purchase process or after the transaction had been completed. David Richins is an outstanding realtor. He deep market knowledge due to his 30 years of real estate experience in the greater Denver area. In Dec 2023 we contacted David about our upcoming move from Phoenix to Denver. David spent 5 days showing us numerous properties in Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Franktown, Lone Tree, and Highlands Ranch. What struck us about David was he listened, really listened. He listened to what we liked in a home and what we didn't like. He then adjusted the home visits accordingly. David has a keen eye and was able to spot potential issues and noteworthy features. What impressed us the most was 3 days after closing, the alarm at our home went off. This was a big problem because we were out of town. I called David and he went to the property to see if it was a false alarm or a true emergency. Fortunately it was a false alarm. What matters is David dropped what he was doing to help. We highly recommend David Richins! Whether you need to sell your home or purchase a home, you will be very happy you chose David.
