If she recognizes that something is missing or worded incorrectly on a contract, she is quick to bring it to her clients attention and then she follows up to make sure the correction happens. I highly recommend Stephanie for any real estate transaction. She is experienced, knowledgeable, fast moving, understanding, and very fun! Stephanie took the time to get to know us and made sure she knew our requirements for the perfect house. My fiancé and I were looking for a house in the mountains for longer than expected, but Stephanie never pressured us to put in an offer unless she thought the house would be a good fit for us. She always did her homework before we went for a showing and either knew the answers to our questions off the top of her head or knew how to get the answers in a timely fashion. Since we were looking for a home in the mountains, there were a lot of other variables we needed to think about compared to a home in the city. Stephanie walked us through everything we needed to be aware of and brought to our attention anything that could be a costly repair in the near future. I am very thankful I had an experienced real estate agent I could trust and rely on to guide us through the process. When we did find our house, Stephanie worked hard and fast to complete all the due diligence necessary to make me feel confident we weren't going to find any surprises after closing. She also coached us through the process of writing a contract and configuring a purchase price that we were comfortable with, yet was still was a strong offer. Stephanie knows all the ins and outs of the business which gave us a competitive advantage against the other buyers and led to our offer being accepted in this crazy market!

My family moved from out of state, and Joan took the time to show us properties in many different neighborhoods and guided us to find the right home. She went above and beyond in a tough market with low inventory by reaching out to former clients and owners of off-market properties to try to make inventory for us. She is very knowledgable about all aspects of house construction and pointed out things to us that were helpful in our decision making. We never felt pressured to buy anything. Once in escrow, her team was very helpful in moving the process along and keeping us informed. I highly recommend using Joan and team.
