I had been dreading the home-buying process but a friend recommended Joan Pratt and her team and she really helped to put me at ease. When we first started, I was unsure of what and where I wanted to buy and she was very helpful in helping me identify the type of home and districts that would be best for me. As we put offers on houses, I was growing impatient and frustrated at the housing market but she was very patient and provided support and encouragement to stay the course. Lastly, when I finally found a house I feel like she negotiated extremely well and helped me to get a great deal without overpaying. Overall, I thought Joan and her team were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house in the Denver area.

Mike helped us out greatly. This was our second home purchase and this market was tough for buyers. Mike sold our house for well over asking price the 1st weekend on the market. Finding a home was a bit tougher due to low inventory and a large amount of buyers in the market. Mike stuck with us and showed us every home we wanted to see and gave great insights from his vast experience of the Colorado Market to help ensure we were making an educated decision. Christine was my wife’s friend she’s a hard dedicated realtor and doesn’t give up on a hard market however working in a crazy market of Colorado we put in a total of 85 offers and was out every weekend for 8 months we had to over bid every offer 20-65k this is just because of the housing shortage here she is very spunky and exciting to be around!

Cassandra (Casi) Reynolds is the only realtor to go with; Casi just sold a house for us in Castle Rock, CO and we will continue to rely on her knowledge and expertise in the future for real estate business! We are currently looking into other properties for both investment and residential opportunities and Casi knows this market so well I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. Cannot recommend Casi enough, after the initial meeting we were convinced that Casi has the best knowledge of the market as well as the experience and know how to get a property sold quickly and for the highest possible amount. Having grown up here, Casi’s knowledge and feel for this market is real and obvious, I wouldn’t trust anyone else selling or buying a home. Let her do her thing, she clearly knows how to get things done and has all of the connections required to handle any situation (she was tested regularly and thoroughly with the first property she sold for us - she can handle anything); we were very impressed with the speed of the deal and the outcome. Casi knows all of the ‘don’t know what you don’t know’ questions for any kind of seller or buyer and is the complete start to finish professional you want conducting your transactions. Gary is top notch and the reason we got our first home in this crazy Colorado market. Before we met Gary we had been looking for 6 months with a different realtor who made every part of first time homebuying as stressful as possible. They made us doubt ourselves, our income, even as far as our personal relationship. Then I was recommended Gary from a Co-worker and we interviewed him, he was very professional and we had no doubt that this experience was gonna be a 100x better and it was. Gary was very Attentive, understanding, flexible, detailed, responsive, and so much more. We submitted many solid offers on houses and would be beat. Gary would remain persistent and positive never once did he doubt that he would find us a house and he persevered! As soon as we showed interest in a property he would call selling agents immediately to get us whatever information would be available to help us consider if we wanted to make an offer. I could go on with so many more positive experiences, and not a single negative in our whole experience. If you need a realtor I highly recommend sitting down with Gary!
