We loved working with Marla. She was first to respond to our request for showings. She had our first showing set-up within 20 minutes, 3 set-up within an hour. We selected the third home we visited and she helped us make an offer that was accepted the next day. She introduced us to a mortgage broker and helped get us prequalified. She introduced us to the inspector, coordinated the inspection, helped make a counter response to the inspection, suggested a repair person, painter and landscaper and we closed within 30 days. It just doesn’t get any better. Super duper agent!

Kelley was with us from beginning to end! We had all our stuff set up to put the house on the market and got a hail storm the week before! Kelley helped us out with the HOA insurance situation trying to get all the paperwork through to the right people and was emailing the hoa while i was too busy at work and couldn't do it myself, with Kelley's help we were able to move closing back far enough i could get my insurance claim in before closing and not pay for my roof out of pocket!!!! She was fantastic and very patient with me in my times of frustration for sure!!!!
