I am relocating from Austin to WPB and had to do the whole apartment hunting experience remote. Wendi was the third realtor I found and I can't believe I was going to use anyone else. She is quick, attentive to what you're looking for, but keeps you realistic about what's available. We went through quite a few options, but she eventually found a place that works and moved so fast to get me videos and get my application submitted. She would check in with me at least once a day to let me know about progress/what she had done with apartments so even though I wasn't there, I felt like I was connected. Highly, highly recommend her to any and everyone!
