Wendi is someone who is on your side and pays attention to detail to gets you what you want. We bought new construction in PSL in February 2021. The shortages in lumber, appliances being on back order, painters out with Covid and OMG letters of explanation. We had it all! Step by step - Wendi walks you through it and holds your hand. Turns out we have equity in the house and a brand spanking new home for Christmas. 🎄I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home! She is beyond wonderful inside and out.
