Was my 3rd time working with Lisa! Bought my first place, sold it, and then purchased another not too long afterwards with her. She’s a caring and knowledgeable realtor, with some real good experience and resources in the industry. Grateful for having had her by my side!

There are realtors and then, there are realtors, and then…. there is Wendi. A good listener and very comfortable to work with in her presence. I’ve worked with many agents over the years and none of them were as good as this lady. A true 3-dimensional thinker, planner and most of all ‘Closer’. I was an out of state seller that needed that 'extra touch' to make it all happen. This came second nature to her and, she never let up until we crossed the finish line ! My only regret is not having connected with her several properties ago…..she is very special.

Barbara was very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home. I was clueless and needed a lot of attention and she was always available to me. She listened and followed through on every detail that I requested with no hesitation. If I ever need to buy another home, she will definitely be my realtor again.

We have used Lisa as our agent as both a buyer and seller. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always very professional - we would highly recommend Lisa!!

I cannot recommend her high enough! Trust does not come easy in today’s world. However, Wendi Davis’s vast expertise in the real estate market and her natural ability to understand my needs and desires earned my trust very quickly. She understood my priorities about purchasing a home. Once I found this house, she helped me network with the mortgage broker. She balanced all the other aspects of the purchase (inspections and appraisal). She has tremendous knowledge about this crazy home buying market. Every aspect of it was easy to understand through her experience. She is a realtor that is on your side, putting your priorities first. I would recommend her to anyone!

Wendy listed our house in August and we were on contract in 2 weeks at the asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with an awesome personality. Wendy responded fast all the time and went above and beyond to help us through the whole process. Highly Recommended!

She walked me through the buying process steps by step and ensure that my best interest was foremost. My phone calls and emails were always answered promptly.
