I had the pleasure to work with Marjorie in buying my first home. She explained every step of the way, and made the process as easy as possible. My husband and I just had our first baby and needed to move into a bigger place before our lease expired. Marjorie always showed up on time to our showings and always made time for us! We found our first choice early on but another buyer beat us to it and it was under contract. As we continued to look for another 2months, Marjorie was extremely patient with us. She never pushed us to make offers on homes we were iffy about. My husband still had hope that we could possibly still get our first choice. So, Marjorie was persistent on getting us updates on our first choice. She was aggressive on our behalf which was the main reason I wanted to work with her! Luckily our first choice fell out of contract and Marjorie got us to the closing table. It was a rollercoaster ride, but well worth it! We couldn’t have gotten this house without her, and she was on top of the process. She even got us to close early since my lease was ending. She negotiated well with the buyers agent and got the title company to close early for us after telling me no. Super grateful to get the home we wanted! I highly recommend Marjorie, and trust the process as you’re in good hands!
