We did a coming soon promotion that got 8 showings lined up, the first day the house hit the Market and it sold! Not bad for the dead of winter. The home was not issue free. We appreciated Shannon's honest, up front approach in addressing the problem. The integrity in which she had us disclose the information, about the foundation crack, was admired by potential buyers. Wow, the sale was quick and easy. We were in Florida, so Shannon arranged an out of state closing. Throughout the entire process she kept us up to date and promptly informed. It was nice to come home to a check that exceeded our expectations. This was our 8th real estate transaction with our trusted, realtor friend. Can't wait for our next adventure!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Diana and the entire team at RE/MAX Platinum! Diana took the time to research the architect who built my parent's home and made sure every detail of the history of the home (that I did not occupy) was prepared for the marketing and sale of the home. Diana is extremely diligent, responsive and works very hard with her clients. Cheri was so pleasant to work and communicate with. Cheri takes the time to really review what you want and don't want in a home. Since I was a first time home buyer, she brought in a lot of creative ways to make the homes we looked at ours. Cheri worked endlessly and by the end of our experience we closed on our first home! Cheri was an absolute joy to work with. Being a first time homebuyer in a high, and rising, market was concerning at first. Cheri is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer any and all of the questions my wife and I brought to her to quell our fears. She was able to work with our schedule and set aside plenty of time to work with us in scheduling every house we wanted to see, even on short notice as every house was “flying off the shelf.” Buying our first home was a difficult process but it is made much easier with a great agent. 100% would recommend Cheri and we will absolutely be using her again if/when we sell and move into a new home.

Chad was extremely helpful in highly competitive home buying market. He kept me up to date on available properties in my price range and was very helpful during walkthroughs with insight on various repair and renovation costs. When it came time to write offers he was always available to discuss my options knowing that I needed to be competitive but didn’t want to overpay. In the final process he professionally negotiated a counter offer that was accepted by the owner. I would highly recommend Chad as he seemed to have my best interest in place during this process.
