Chad was extremely helpful in highly competitive home buying market. He kept me up to date on available properties in my price range and was very helpful during walkthroughs with insight on various repair and renovation costs. When it came time to write offers he was always available to discuss my options knowing that I needed to be competitive but didn’t want to overpay. In the final process he professionally negotiated a counter offer that was accepted by the owner. I would highly recommend Chad as he seemed to have my best interest in place during this process.

Shannon is an extremely hard worker and will give everything she has to not only sell your home but close the deal. She is very responsive to any questions you may have. She has great integrity and is not a game player(which was important to us) In addition she always makes herself available when needed. Shannon brings years of experience to the table so is knowledgeable in the field yet is very intuned to your personal needs. If she does not know the answer she will find it. We hit a few bumps in the road along the way but she always was there to help piece it back together.
