Jerlee was great to work with: - she was quick and easy to get a hold of, prompt to respond, and clear and consistent in her communication with me. - she worked well with the sellers & their realtors, both in getting information on the homes, scheduling viewings (which, due to my work was outside the normal 9-5 time slots, and on limited days), and when making offers. (Making sure the seller received my offer, checking to see if my offer was accepted or rejected (and when other offers were accepted over mine, why they were), and offering suggestions on additional options that might make the seller choose my option over others with the same offer price. - She was good at talking to me to find out what I was looking for in a home and picking listings that met my criteria, along with the occasional one that met most of my criteria (and always let me know which ones were not met, but why she included them). She would also walk with me through the homes we viewed and discuss what I liked and didn't like about the place to help refine my criteria. - When I wanted to make an offer that was a little over my pre-approved loan amount, she helped me work with my loan agent to get a new updated approval and get it to the seller's realtor in a very short amount of time. - she was very familiar with the area I was looking, and could recommend good neighborhoods - She was very cordial and organized. She always had a copy of the listing when we were viewing a home, and had gotten any special information/requests from the seller before we visited. If I had any questions about the home, she would contact the seller/realtor to ask them and could generally get back to me with the answer the same or next day. All in all buy a home with her help was much less stressful than I thought it might be, and, if I were to move again, would be happy to work with her again.
