Jerlee is one of the rarest agents to find. She is so caring, professional, and knowledgeable. She always puts customers first in the search for a new house. Jerlee worked with us for over a year till we found the perfect place for our little family. She always kept us in the loop about what is in the market as soon as things hit the market and sometimes even before things are officially in the market and are still pending. She had great knowledge of the market prices and was on point in predicting when and by how much the market prices will increase. She provided us with the best guidance at all times. There were homes that we liked and have paid for over the asking price but Jerlee always ensured to tell us not to overpay and was always on point in her estimation. She really did put our best interest ahead of anything else! Even after finalizing the home purchase, Jerlee stayed in touch and was always so loving and caring. With her, you do not only get a real estate agent but also a great friend! We were always mindblown by how good she is as a person; for instance, she donated part of her earnings in our names! By far, the best real estate agent there is!
