Where do I begin with my experience with Vicki? I have known Vicki for several years, so she was the first person I thought of when my looming deadline was approaching to sell my house. Prior to listing the house, she has recommendations of what I could do to make the escrow go smoother, and it truly helped. We had alot of unusual situations with my sale due to a divorce, and she was so thorough to make sure the court orders were followed exact, and of course so kind with the emotional aspect of what I was dealing with. To make our situation even more interesting, I received a knock on the door with a buyer for my house, a week BEFORE we were putting the house on the MLS. She managed both the buyer and seller side of the transaction for me, saving me alot of money to start my new life. She worked diligently with other agents, including my agent in my new state. She saw potential delays, and worked hard to get my in my new home on time and save us days of extra hotel expenses with 2 dogs! I could not have gone through this process and be as calm as I could have been if Vicki was not by my side, knowing my difficult situation, and keeping me up to date and working for my best interest. She also was a great agent managing the buyer and seller side. Neutral and excellent communication. Vicki is not only professional, but also, kind, empathetic and serves her community as well! I am so glad that she was by my side during this really challenging transition in life!
