Leslie is a great communicator and makes thing happen. There are a ton of documents involved in the home buying process. Leslie made sure that I reviewed and understood each document. Through her guidance I found the appropriate loan option for my situation that I would likely have missed. If you are a California Vet make sure you look into a CalVet Home Loan as a finance option. From opening offer, through inspection phases Leslie was there to meet with inspectors which was very helpful and kept everything on track. All things considered I thought the home buying process would be more drawn out and much more complicated. In this case it wasn’t and that’s probably thanks to having an agent who knows their stuff! Even before purchasing this home, Leslie was patient with me and showed me homes for months before finding the the right one to finally make an offer on. She never pressured me and was flexible to my schedule. This was the most tumultuous escrow I've ever had (thanks mostly to the listing agent's lack of experience). There were numerous times where things could have gone sideways, but Leslie and Jenn kept it together by being diligent in reading every word, dotting every i, and crossing every t for us. And often, even doing the work the listing agent should have been doing but wasn't. They had our best interest at heart in every step along they way and we literally could NOT have done this without them. They got us a fair price, and managed to get us closed earlier than expected as well. They are knowledgeable of market conditions which made us feel confident in the purchase price. On top of all that, they are just pleasant people to work with in general. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an agent.

I was lucky enough to meet Leslie with Zillow connecting us on a tour request. She was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about Atascadero, the area I was looking to buy in. Moving forward she sent me listings and showed multiple properties. We made an offer on one property and didn't get it, but were successful with a second property I liked even more than the first!
