Between my husband and I we have had over 10 realtors and I have to say that Amy has surpassed all of them. Amy has a very calm disposition and great understanding of the process of selling homes. Yet, what I found truly unique and incredible is how far she will extend herself to help you during the whole process. We were out of the country and wanted to take if off the market during our time away yet Amy offered to be at all showings while we were gone to make sure that the showing realtors turned off all lights and AC. When we were all packed up and driving across the country ourselves and could not get it all in the moving truck she offered to come back over the next day to supervise the rest of our belongings into a pod to have it shipped to our new home. Talk about going above and beyond for you!!! Amy is an absolutely amazing realtor!! THE BESTTTTTTT!!!!

Linda has gone above and beyond for my family numerous times since we met in 2012. She has been a friend and advisor as we have moved several times throughout the years into different rentals. She continually kept in touch through the years and had our family in mind as houses would come onto the market that would fit our particular needs. This fall, she helped us buy the perfect home for our family. She was professional, always easy to communicate with, and kept us informed along each step of the process. Her market knowledge about Paso Robles is excellent and I also respect how she is deeply involved in community service. Additionally, her network of contacts proved to be very helpful as well, by connecting us with quality professionals and assisting in expediting our appointments for quotes to help move our escrow process along. I found Amy to be a wonderful agent!! She shared properties listings that help refine our needs and wants. When we were unable to physically see a property she volunteered to give us a video so we wouldn’t miss it. She protected our finances by carefully reviewing all contracts for us. She skillfully defended us from another realtor that was pushing for an unreasonable quick contract. I would recommend Amy Aschle to all who want a quality realtor!!!
