Kaye Dee was an absolute delight to work with, she took the time to fully understand what we were looking for in a home and didn't at any point push or suggest a home which didn't meet those needs. Of all the many homes we saw, she was quick to learn all the questions I would ask regularly so that she had the answers already; this skill really set her apart from any other realtor I've worked with. She is now the standard by which I judge other realtors, and I hope I never need to find another one. Her wealth of knowledge about the area is extensive. She knows the little details of a neighborhood or area that are things you just wouldn't think to ask, but turn out to be quite important. When it came to the contract, she took the time to explain everything so that we fully understood each and every line -- there were no lingering questions after signing. Put simply, we wouldn't have been able to find and buy this house without her, and in the middle of a pandemic no less!

Linda Midkiff is a long-term resident of Paso Robles and knows the area well as she has lived and worked here for years. I met her years ago as she walked the neighborhood, talking with residents and leaving handout information about the housing market in the area. A few years before I was ready to sell my house, Linda agreed to give me some feedback on useful updates to improve my home's marketability. I updated my kitchen and enjoyed it for a few years. Then, when I was ready to sell, Linda was very helpful in getting great photos and pricing it right. The sale experience was smooth and Linda was available to answer my questions and help with other selling needs.
