We needed to do a 1031 Exchange which has specific deadlines requiring a knowledge of the current real estate market as well as our stated limitations regarding price and value. Leslie found us the perfect property to fulfill our long term and short term goals, and helped us execute a successful purchase. She also negotiated a price reduction during the escrow period. She's an excellent realtor which she demonstrated throughout this transaction. In addition, she brought us the seller on the property we sold which initiated this exchange. Her patience, energy, and knowledge during this Covid period, when buyers were restricted in how to view a property, was amazing. Covid presented a level of difficulty most realtors have never experienced. Leslie took it all in stride and brought the full value of our property during this sale.
