Absolutely excellent advice and communication throughout the whole process. Really making it a great experience for me. Selling or buying can have its unseen circumstances. Having someone like Brenda and her team along with the experience they bring is definitely worth it and I will highly recommend them to anyone. Cathy is the only realtor that has actually worked for us. I can't say enough good things about Cathy, she is very professional, keeps us informed all of the time, tells us what her research has found and gives us advice as needed, and good advice, and she is so gracious. Before, when we listed with others after we listed we never heard a peep until it was ready to list again with them. Cathy is in my opinion what a good realtor should be. Cathy was very patient with us as our requirements matured after looking at many houses. She was able to keep up with a fresh list of properties that lined up with our refined requirements until we found the perfect home.
