Cathy is the only realtor that has actually worked for us. I can't say enough good things about Cathy, she is very professional, keeps us informed all of the time, tells us what her research has found and gives us advice as needed, and good advice, and she is so gracious. Before, when we listed with others after we listed we never heard a peep until it was ready to list again with them. Cathy is in my opinion what a good realtor should be. We are extremely happy with Cathy.

Cathy was very patient with us as our requirements matured after looking at many houses. She was able to keep up with a fresh list of properties that lined up with our refined requirements until we found the perfect home. At one point, we were almost ready to give up no the home search, but Cathy was persistent and we are so glad she was because it was the persistence that led to the house we're in now, and we couldn't be happier. "Kristin and her team were very attentive to the seller, also very proactive in producing qualified buyers. Very Professional but personable at the same time.We could not have asked for a better experience. After working with another agency who was not able to find us what we wanted, we were referred to Tricia Maglioa and Kristen Cardoso who understood the mechanics of a move to Florida from 1800 miles away. Anytime we saw a listing, Tricia dropped everything and went and looked at for us and gave honest feedback. They were both outstanding to work with! I contacted Kristen Cardoso initially to explore purchasing a home in the area. When my mom's home became available Kristen guided me through the process and sold her home. She is a pleasure to work with and quickly addresses issues as they arise making the sale an easy process. I was available on short notice to look at houses while in the area. Kristen cleared her schedule and took the time to show me several houses. She is very knowledgeable in house features and freely offered pros and cons on the properties.
