Tricia has helped us buy 2 homes and sell 1 home. She has done nothing but bend over backwards for us and do anything she possibly can to help us buy our home. She’s become more than a realtor but a friend to us. Living in another state primarily, Tricia goes by and checks on our home while we’re not there to ensure everything is good. She has given us top notch service!! I highly recommend her!

It is rare that someone comes along with a very large problem and there someone to assist beyond expectations. Selling an estate home from Canada was stressful to say the least but Cathy worked with me through all the nuance's of how to move a property in the USA. I cannot recall all the times she went above and beyond, but when I needed something she was there. She is well connected and had buyers very quickly. Thanks Cathy! It was a lot of work and we received maximum value for the property in less than 4 months!

Was ready on short notice to show us properties while we were in town, helping us find the perfect place! From the showings to closing she answered every crazy question we had, as we haven’t purchased a home in 24 years and never in Florida. Highly recommend!

Working with Kristen Cardoso to purchase my home was nothing short of a fantastic experience. From our first meeting, Kristen's professionalism and deep market knowledge were immediately apparent. She took the time to understand my preferences and budget, which made the house-hunting process efficient and focused. Kristen was incredibly patient and always available to answer my myriad of questions, no matter the time of day. Her insights during house viewings were invaluable, helping me see potential issues I might have missed and opportunities for improvement in various properties. One of Kristen's standout qualities is her negotiation skills. She expertly navigated the negotiation phase, ensuring I got the best deal possible while keeping the process smooth and stress-free. Her relationships with local agents and service providers also helped expedite the inspection and closing processes. Moreover, Kristen's support didn't end once I closed the deal. She checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was settling in well and even helped me connect with local services to make my house truly feel like a home. Choosing Kristen as my broker was the best decision I made during my home buying journey. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to navigate the real estate market with a trustworthy and competent guide by their side.

I really enjoyed working with Tricia. She provided me with plenty of listings to review & see. Since I was buying from out of state, she was always very accommodating of my travel times to view properties. Always very prompt with her knowledgeable responses to my emails and texts. Would and have recommended her to family and friends looking to purchase in Florida. Thanks to Tricia I found my dream condo!
