Having never purchased a home in Florida, I was naive to the process. As a retired Navy Chief, I knew that I needed just the right Agent to get me through the process. One that I could trust to always steer me in the right direction. One who could keep me from the pitfalls I've seen others become victims to. Kristen Cardoso was that Agent. From our first meeting, she showed herself to be a consummate professional. She had the answers to my questions before I even asked them. Throughout the process, I saw her negotiate on my behalf securing all of the conditions I required to purchase the home. During the Appraisal portion, the sale seemed as though it may fall apart. She told me to take a breath and give her 24 hours. She managed to get all the clarification necessary to all interested parties to keep the entire deal from derailing. I don't think I would find that kind of resolve from just any agent. She worked with me to ensure I took advantage of all VA Home Loan benefits I was able to and that I left no money on the table. Kristen is a gem! She is such a friendly and knowledgeable realtor who paid attention to detail and really listened to exactly what we were looking for when buying a home in Cape Coral.
