I contacted Kristen Cardoso initially to explore purchasing a home in the area. When my mom's home became available Kristen guided me through the process and sold her home. She is a pleasure to work with and quickly addresses issues as they arise making the sale an easy process. I was available on short notice to look at houses while in the area. Kristen cleared her schedule and took the time to show me several houses. She is very knowledgeable in house features and freely offered pros and cons on the properties.

Kristen Cardoso did a great job of the drone photos and description on the MLS and we think this definitely contributed to finding a buyer. Assume a yard sign was placed but we only dealt remotely. While quality of the MLS listing was great, we would have perhaps considered additional advertising in other key states if offered. Kristen was personally wonderful to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. The office is in a great location and very visible to those looking in Cape Coral.

Over a two year period, Kristen and Tricia took the time to show us many different properties in the hot/low inventory southwest Florida market. My wife and never felt pressured to settle for a property that didnt fully meet our needs. Once we selected the property to purchase, Kristin and Tricia were always available, often on or near holiday and weekends, to answer and assist in the contract/closing process. We were referred to Kristen by the NFCU program and from day one we felt as though we were in good hands with someone who asked us of our requirements and needs would be to our new home. She sent updates of new homes listed every day and our major requirements were met. Every time I emailed her or called her she would get back to me right away and get the information for me that I requested. We truly felt we were in good hands with her in finding the type of home we wanted in Cape Coral Florida as she went above and beyond for us. We came to Florida expecting it to take us up to a week of looking at homes to find the one that said "home" in our hearts. We flew in Tuesday a.m., met her in the afternoon and within a few hours of looking at homes she took us to the one that we knew was ours. The whole process was easy and seamless. On a scale of 1-10 we feel she exceeded that and would give her a 20 By the end of this process it felt like Kristen was a new family member/friend that we would love to have over when we complete our outside renovations.
