Kristen Cardoso was very professional, helpful, responded back quickly to my questions either by text, email or a phone call. If she didn't have the answer immediately she found out and got back to me in a timely manner. Because of my work schedule she was always able to show my wife any home we were considering without me being present and if we wanted to see the home as a couple she made arrangements to view again. Because of our current living conditions while searching for a home it was difficult for my wife to see homes within a limited time frame and Kristen was always accommodating to her schedule. Without getting into the details, we moved here from another state and I was having difficulty finding a mortgage company that would provide a mortgage to me because of being new to the work force here in Florida even though it is the same industry I have been in for 30+ years and she referred me to Shawna who was able to get it done and was also a pleasure to work with.
