Looking forward to retirement, my wife wanted to start looking for a beach house in Southwest Florida. Due to travel from NW Ohio, she thought this would be a 2-3 year process to narrow down an area we liked, and a home we could afford. Janet prepared a timely itinerary and lined up the showings with the listing agents so we could cover all the areas we wanted to consider, including the surrounding amenities, with time for a scoop of ice cream and a nice dinner! Absolutely impressive...beyond what I have experienced with any realtor, ever! End of day two, we knew the area we liked, and added a revisit to two of the homes in the area onto the last day itinerary. Neither home was something I was ready to settle on, and Janet worked with the listing agent, like best friends, and the two explained some listings are available to show on very limited schedules, asking if we could return after the weekend to check-out a must see property. I'll admit, three days into a two year search, ugh, but my wife was already booking the flights. We returned three days later and met Janet to check-out the must-see property which checked every box...Janet knew what we were looking for more than we did! The next morning, Janet walked us through many comps, and helped us derive what a fair offer might be, in a crazy market that is difficult to not lose a deal. A couple of give-and-take calls and we had the property under contract. That's where her experience and Janet's work really started without missing a beat! We love it!
