I was lucky enough to have Marianne on my side when I was purchasing my home. She offered to assist and she guided me throughout the whole process of home buying. She was very professional and always available whenever I needed her input. On closing day I wanted to show my appreciation by offering a little cash reward. Janet helped us come up with a fair market value of the property, without any pressure to set it at a certain price. She left every decision up to us regarding the price and all the offers. She offered her insight whenever we asked, but left all final decisions up to us. Janet contacted us promptly with every offer and made timely responses to all that came in.
